Handling the actual finishes, laminates, hardware and shutter samples at the studio before anything is ordered.
Signoff

Final drawings and an itemised estimate locked together, releasing the project to manufacturing.
Phase Two
Execution, in forty-five days
A dedicated project lead runs the site daily and sends photographic updates, so you can follow the build without living on it.
Preparation
Site readiness
Ceiling framing, electrical relocations, civil corrections and full surface preparation.
Crafting
Manufacturing
CNC fabrication of every modular element in our own facility, to the approved drawing set.
Installation
Assembly
Protected transport and on-site assembly by certified technicians under daily supervision.
Handover
Finishing
Alignment, hardware calibration, professional deep clean and a walkthrough against the snag list.
